They’re also a founding member of the Sustainable Restaurants Association and have raised over £1.5 million pounds for charity. And they’ve pulled off the difficult trick of remaining a critics favourite 15 years after first opening and Jay Rayner has named them one of his favourite restaurants of the last 10 years.
